Soft wheat flour type “0”, sugar, fresh eggs, butter (milk), corn starch, sunflower oil, dark chocolate chips 9% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, flavorings), cocoa powder (7%), partially skimmed milk, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), flavorings, salt.

May contain traces of nuts.

Best before 24 months from the date of production.

Store in a cool, dry place. If not fully used, reseal the package carefully.

Slow drying at low temperature

Our pasta dries slowly, over a period of 24 to 48 hours, starting from a temperature of 45°, to preserve every nuance of flavor, aroma and authenticity, strictly following the traditional production process.
