Terms of service
The Customer, by sending confirmation of their purchase order, in their dealings with La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano Srl, accepts the general and payment conditions described below, declaring that they have read and accepted all provided information.
These purchase conditions must be reviewed online by visiting customers of the website lafabbricadellapastadigragnano.com before confirming purchases.
Submitting the order confirmation implies full knowledge of these purchase conditions and their complete acceptance.
Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will be provided with a summary of the unit price of each selected product, the total cost in case of multiple product purchases, and any applicable shipping costs.
By confirming the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive an email containing the order number, date, and total amount of the order.
PRICES
All prices are in Euro, inclusive of VAT.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card via Shopify or PayPal Sella online purchase protection. Credit card payments have no fees, and no credit card information is stored on our servers.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For orders delivered to Europe over €120.00, shipping is also FREE.
For shipments to islands or countries outside Europe, please contact us at relazioniesterne@lafabbricadellapasta.it for a dedicated shipping quote.
International shipments may incur additional customs duties, taxes, etc., which are not included in the total.

The invoice will be sent electronically.
Average delivery times are 7–8 business days from the order date for international orders.
ORDER CANCELLATION
The Customer may cancel the order within 24 hours of online order confirmation. Customers who do not comply with this condition are still responsible for paying shipping costs if the order has already been shipped.
