Refund policy

You can return the item within 5 days of purchase.

The return will not be accepted if:

• The product is damaged

• The product has been used

• The product is dirty or customized

• The product is missing the internal or external label, or the information on the label is no longer legible

For returns made online, you can claim a missing refund within 30 days from the return confirmation date.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are always issued using the same payment method, through Shopify or PayPal, with timing that may vary depending on the payment method. Alternatively, a refund can also be made via bank transfer. The refund will be processed within 30 days.
