Wheat flour, sugar, fresh eggs, butter (milk), corn starch, sunflower oil, candied lemon paste 2.5% (lemon peel 49%, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), semi-skimmed milk, Limoncello 0.5% (water, alcohol, sugar, lemon peel), raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), natural flavors, salt.

Best before the date printed on the package.

Store in a cool, dry place. If partially used, carefully reseal the package.

Slow drying at low temperature

Our pasta dries slowly, over a period of 24 to 48 hours, starting from a temperature of 45°, to preserve every nuance of flavor, aroma and authenticity, strictly following the traditional production process.
