A classic of Italian cuisine, featuring the intense and earthy flavor of porcini mushrooms, perfect for lovers of authentic taste.



Rice origin Italy 90.9%, porcini mushrooms 4% (Boletus edulis), porcini mushroom flavouring, granulated broth (salt, potato starch and malt dextrin, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrot, onion) 10%, sunflower oil, aromatic herb extracts), tomato, salt, onion, parsley.

May contain sulphites naturally present in the ingredients.

Store in a cool, dry place. If partially used, carefully reseal the package.

Cooking method: Pour the risotto into a saucepan, add 700 ml of water, and cook, stirring occasionally. Adjust salt to taste. After about 14 minutes, stir in a knob of butter to achieve a creamy consistency.

Our pasta dries slowly, over a period of 24 to 48 hours, starting from a temperature of 45°, to preserve every nuance of flavor, aroma and authenticity, strictly following the traditional production process.
