A kit that evokes the warmth of home, featuring an authentic terracotta container reminiscent of those used by grandmothers. It includes 500 g of pasta and a wooden spoon, perfect for preparing a meal for 5–6 people and bringing the flavor and comfort of traditional cuisine to the table.
The kit contains:
- 1 pack of 500 g durum wheat semolina pasta*
- 1 pack of 500 g red lentils
- 1 100% Made in Italy terracotta container
- 1 wooden ladle
Pasta ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water. Contains gluten and may contain traces of mustard and soy.
* Pasta shapes may vary depending on availability.
Instructions for Using Terracotta
for proper use, soak the terracotta in cold water for about 12 hours before cooking;
if used on a stovetop, we recommend using a flame diffuser for even heat distribution;
suitable for oven cooking up to 250 °C (482 °F);
store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight;
consume preferably according to the instructions on the packaging.
Soak for 6–8 hours, then simmer for 20–30 minutes.

Slow drying at low temperature
Our pasta dries slowly, over a period of 24 to 48 hours, starting from a temperature of 45°, to preserve every nuance of flavor, aroma and authenticity, strictly following the traditional production process.
