    Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.

Instructions for Using Terracotta

for proper use, soak the terracotta in cold water for about 12 hours before cooking;

if used on a stovetop, we recommend using a flame diffuser for even heat distribution;

suitable for oven cooking up to 250 °C (482 °F);

store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight;

consume preferably according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cooking beans: soak for 12 hours, then simmer for one hour.

Our pasta dries slowly, over a period of 24 to 48 hours, starting from a temperature of 45°, to preserve every nuance of flavor, aroma and authenticity, strictly following the traditional production process.
