Ingredients: extracted durum wheat semolina, water.
The product contains gluten and may contain traces of mustard and soy.
Country of wheat cultivation: Italy.

Produced and packaged at the facility located at Viale San Francesco, 30, 80054, Gragnano (NA), Italy.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.

The suggested cooking time is ideal to enjoy this pasta at its best.

Cook in plenty of salted water (about 1 tablespoon of salt per litre / 4 cups of water) for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain, cool in cold water, and place on a clean tea towel. Fill, and if needed, bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, covered with baking paper (parchment paper).
