Artichokes 25%, gherkins 25%, peppers 25%, mushrooms 11%, pitted olives 7%, spring onions 7%, with wine vinegar, spices, salt, and sunflower seed oil. Contains acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidant (L-ascorbic acid), and monosodium glutamate (E621).

Slow drying at low temperature

Our pasta dries slowly, over a period of 24 to 48 hours, starting from a temperature of 45°, to preserve every nuance of flavor, aroma and authenticity, strictly following the traditional production process.
