A rich and flavorful sauce made with classic Mediterranean ingredients such as olives, capers, and tomatoes.



Tomato, olives, capers, granulated broth (salt, potato starch and maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrot, onion) 10%, sunflower oil, aromatic herb extracts), salt, garlic, oregano, black pepper.

May contain sulphites naturally present in the ingredients.

Store in a cool, dry place. If partially used, carefully reseal the package.

Cooking method: bring 800 ml of water to a boil for every 250 g of pasta. Add the pasta and the sauce, carefully monitoring the cooking of both. During cooking, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil halfway through and adjust salt to taste. Once cooked, the pasta will have a creamy and well-blended consistency.

Slow drying at low temperature

Our pasta dries slowly, over a period of 24 to 48 hours, starting from a temperature of 45°, to preserve every nuance of flavor, aroma and authenticity, strictly following the traditional production process.
