Large, unique, and gluten-free, this pasta is made from the finest corn and rice flours, making it the perfect shape for distinctive and flavorful dishes.

Product specifically formulated for celiac individuals.

Ingredients: 80% corn flour, 20% rice flour, water.
The product is gluten-free and may contain traces of mustard and soy.

Produced and packaged at the facility located at Viale San Francesco, 30, 80054, Gragnano (NA), Italy.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.

The suggested cooking time ensures the perfect texture for fully enjoying this pasta shape.

Cook in plenty of salted water (10 g of salt per litre) for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain, cool in cold water, and place on a clean tea towel. Fill as desired, and if needed, bake in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 15 minutes, covered with parchment paper.
