The suggested cooking time guarantees the perfect texture to fully enjoy this pasta shape.

It is recommended to use 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Finish cooking in the oven for a few minutes, covering with aluminum foil to preserve its softness.
