The suggested cooking time ensures the perfect texture for fully enjoying this pasta shape.
Bring 1 liter of salted water to the boil, adding 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Add the pasta sheets and stir constantly for the first 2 minutes to prevent sticking. Drain and let cool on a tea towel before arranging in the dish and baking in the oven.
